If given the opportunity would I volunteer to give it a shot? Nope. Based on Christopher Hitchens' description in the July issue of
Vanity Fair I don't see how anyone can go around calling it anything but torture. Or, as he put it, "if waterboarding does not constitute torture, then there is no such thing as torture."
Drowning, simulated or otherwise = the suck.
